The ZeePro International Summer Super Camp is returning to the Big Island of Hawaii at the beautiful HPA campus.
Advanced and Elite level players will attend from Australia, mainland USA and Hawaii.
It is a special camp specifically aimed to provide training for the most committed players.
The 5 days, 35 hours European style training camp will cover all aspects of developing the "Complete Player".
Outdoor and indoor soccer session, gym and special physical conditioning, classroom sessions, pool and other recovery methods will be on the daily schedule.
This is an advanced player camp for youngsters who are considered competitive level players based on personality, talent, skill and desire.
We will assess players on the first day of the on field training (Monday) and place campers in the appropriate group.
It is our aim to ensure the best possible situation for the individual and the group for the ideal delivery of the program.
Please NOTE: beginners or near beginners should not be signed up for this camp. We won't be able to accommodate a player if his/her level is below any of the groups.

Every Player must be checked in by a parent on day 1.
Navy or dark top, white shorts, white socks. Camp t-shirt will be handed out to every player on day 1.
9.15am. PLEASE Don't TRY TO DROP OFF YOUR CHILD EARLIER.
Half day Campers at 1.30pm and 4.30 for full day campers.
Please be on time to pick up your child/children. We have a strict schedule with the international players and won't be able to babysit kids after 4.45pm.
All your normal soccer gear that you take to club training in your soccer bag. Shin guards are mandatory for every player
If you don't have some of these items, do not panic, just bring what you have. Highlighted are the important items you should have!
We will be based/camped in the student union building. Lunch can be heated up as we will have microwaves. During the midday break is when we eat lunch, and have extra theory session, analysing games, players, etc. It will be a significant recharge and rest period for the full day campers to be ready to train in the afternoon.
We have planned one pool and recovery session for day 5. The purpose is to actually do a water recovery session and refresh the body, muscles after a few days of hard training. Also to teach and demonstrate proper water recovery as one of the main after training recovery tools.
We ask every player to create and bring a "Soccer Goal-Dream" mini Poster. This one page document should have the players 1-2 year soccer goal and the Ultimate Soccer Dream-Goal.

ZeePro Super Camps are professional, European-style training camps, delivering the cutting edge methodology of ZeePro Soccer and European Pro Academies. They are for competitive players only, aged 10 to 18 years
(boys & girls at MLS Academy, MLS Next or similar level).
Ages 10-18 years old
The curriculum will cover the skill acquisition process from basic to advanced skills. The level of skills required for Elite players in each age category and the assessment of the player in these key areas.
There will be a huge variety of Soccer IQ specific drills and small sided games building up to 7 aside and eventually 9 and 11 aside. Indoor and outdoor with variations to challenge the players decision making.
Tactical aspects will be covered in key areas, such as: playing out of the back, possession based tactics in the defending, middle and attacking third, the three main phases of the game with special focus on counter attacking.
The games and exercises are designed with special purpose to enhance and challenge the players mental capacity, concentration and consistency of high level concentration and performance.
The ZeePro Special strength and conditioning method and program will be taught daily by our director Darron Haworth, plus movement, speed and agility training by High Performance coach Sharif Webb.
Development and maintenance of physical strength and most importantly, the ability to transfer strength, power, and speed to sports-specific movement patterns are an often-overlooked component of an athlete’s football (soccer) training program.
With this in mind, athletes, parents, managers, and coaches must acknowledge that a successful strength and conditioning pathway must be introduced at a young age to ensure that the foundational components of athletic development will ensure future performance outcomes and assist as an injury risk mitigation strategy.
The ZeePro Strength and Conditioning Pathway has been developed as a holistic method of athletic development training principles to assist athletes with continuous physical progression from a young age to maximize performance outcomes.
The pathway outlines the recommended age-related steps required to develop the identified athletic abilities needed for football (soccer) success.
